And, as many millions will attest, massage also helps relieve the stress and tension of everyday living that can lead to disease and illness.

  • Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Massage- Thai massage is believed to have been developed by Jivaka Kumar Bhaccha, physician to Buddha, more than 2,500 years ago in India.

It made its way to Thailand, where the Ayurvedic techniques and principles gradually became influenced by traditional Chinese medicine. For centuries, Thai massage was performed by monks as one component of Thai medicine..

Thai massage is also called Thai yoga massage, because the therapist combines stretching, compression, and pressure points to release tension, increase flexibility, and decrease stress. This interactive massage is conducted on a comfortable mat, fully clothed, and with no oils required. It is uplifting and energizing to both the mind and body and will leave you felling completely relaxed.

Marty has attended numerous workshops on Thai Massage, but was first introduced to the bodywork by a Thai Monk in 2000. " I have taken the very Eastern influenced style I learned from the Monks, blended it with the fundamentals of the yoga postures, and added lots of the feel good massage techniques that are more popular here in the U.S. To me, this is the perfect blend."

Although this is traditionally done on the floor, Marty is also able to perform this on the table. Table Thai can be more comfortable for people just coming off a major joint surgery or who have difficulty getting down on the floor.


  • Chair Massage

Performed in a well padded massage chair with a face cradle for support, CHAIR MASSAGE is by far, the most convenient method of massage therapy. Chair massage lasts between 5 and 15 minutes and is done while fully clothed. A chair massage promotes better circulation and muscle stimulation. This form of massage reduces tension in the back, neck and shoulders; thus providing deep relaxation. A swift chair massage revitalizes your anatomy and encourages overall well-being.

Chair massages are also advantageous, mostly because chair massage can be done at the workplace. Chair massage can also be found in hotels, airports and even in convention centers. Great for parties or special events.


  • Yoga Instruction

Private individual or group yoga sessions are an excellent way to experience the wonders of yoga. Each yoga class is custom designed for you, and will focus on the style that fits you, taking into consideration your fitness level and your personal health and goals.
